Chatbot Cost Estimator

Most pricing pages ask you to guess your conversation volume. This works it out from traffic you already know, then shows which plan that lands on and what happens when you exceed it.

Creobot prices one conversation as one credit however many messages it takes. Plans shown are indicative and are agreed before anything starts.

What the numbers mean

Opening the widget is not a conversation

A large share of people who click the launcher never type anything. Charging for those would make the number look worse than reality, so this filters them out before counting credits.

One conversation is one credit, not one message

A visitor who asks eight follow-up questions costs the same as one who asks a single question. Per-message pricing pushes a vendor to make answers shorter, which is the opposite of what you want.

Plan for six months out

Traffic grows and engagement climbs as the assistant improves. Picking a plan against today's number is how people end up migrating in month three.

Sources matter more than credits

Most people overestimate the credits they need and underestimate the source limit. The source count is the constraint that actually bites.

Questions

One visitor session with the assistant, however many messages it contains. It closes when the visitor leaves or after a period of inactivity.

The assistant stops answering new conversations rather than silently degrading. You are told before it happens, and nothing is charged automatically.

No. Creobot opens to teams in order, and pricing is agreed before anything starts. They are a direction, not an offer, and pricing is agreed with you before anything starts.
