Website and file training
You pick every sourceNothing outside that list is ever read.
Creobot answers from your own pages, asks for contact only when there is intent, hands off to a person with the full thread, and turns the questions that keep coming back into fixes your team can ship.
Access is by waitlist.
Answers come from these. Nothing else is read.
Does this work with our pricing setup?
Answered every time, still asked every time. That is a page problem, not a chat problem.
Answered from your website. Nothing else is read.
Every repeated question is a lead, a support cost, or a page you need to fix.
The gap
Follow one visitor through a page that almost answered their question.
Analytics records the visit. It cannot record why she came, and it will not record what she does next.
Not a general question about the product. A narrow one that decides whether she keeps reading or closes the tab.
No form, no ticket, no complaint. The question existed for eleven seconds and then it was gone.
Fourteen other people asked it that month. Nothing recorded any of them, so the page stays exactly as it was.
She gets a reply from your own content. What it could not answer becomes a lead, a handoff, or a page you now know to write.
Everything here is about the page. Nothing here is about her.
She scans the page twice. The word monthly is not on it.
The only trace left is the row above.
Fourteen people, one question, no record of any of it.
The loop
Six steps, each producing the input for the next. The last one tells you what to change, which changes what gets asked.
Nothing outside the selected list is read.
Answered from the strongest match. Nothing invented.
The source travels with the answer, so it can be checked.
The ask only appears after the visitor was helped.
Nothing is repeated back to the visitor.
Seven separate people, not one person asking seven times.
Once you make the edit, the source changes, so the next visitor asks something else.
The last step tells you what to change. Creobot shows the signal and the recommended action; your team makes the edit. With Creogen, the Creoglyph partner led website operations product, those same signals can become governed website updates.
Six surfaces
No capability here is aspirational. Where something is tied to a plan, the plan is named.
Nothing outside that list is ever read.
Route by cost, quality and task type. Provider failover comes with it.
Providers are not finalised.
A person takes over carrying everything already said.
Live handoff is planned for launch, on the Scale plan.
Your content, your data, your call.
Nothing outside the list you choose is ever read.
Human handoff
The refusal is the feature. What happens next is the product.
A handoff should not make the visitor start over.
When a conversation needs a person, Creobot keeps the question, the source, the lead details and the transcript together. Human handoff keeps context together. Available when enabled, planned for launch.
Handoff packetstandby
No handoff required yet. The packet fills the moment a person is needed.
Human handoff keeps context together. Available when enabled, and planned for launch on the Scale plan. It is not live today.
Integrations
A question is only useful once it reaches the person who can act on it. Creobot is built to hand off over webhooks and workflow tools.
Planned integrations and integration ready workflows. None of these is live today and we are not claiming a partnership with any of these companies. Names and marks belong to their owners. Creobot is being built webhook first, so a workflow tool can carry the rest.
Analytics
Not message volume. The four numbers below are the ones that cause somebody to do something differently.

What this question became
Figures illustrate the view. They are not usage data, because Creobot has no customers yet.
Proof
Creobot has no published customer stories yet. What exists is the record of the agency work it comes out of.
These are reviews of Creoglyph's agency work, not of Creobot. They are reproduced from creoglyph.io unedited. Creobot is built from the same website operations work and is designed for early Creoglyph partners to test inside real client workflows. Formal case studies will follow paid rollout.
Where it fits
Different sites get different questions. Creobot turns each one into the next useful action for your team.

Pricing
The plans we intend to launch with, in full. Pricing is agreed with you before anything starts.
This is our launch pricing direction, not final production pricing. Plans, credits and limits may change. There is no signup or checkout yet.
Creobot questions
Yes, through private launch. We are onboarding selected teams through the waitlist, demo requests and public-content pilots. Join the waitlist or book a demo and we will review fit for your site, sources and rollout stage.
No. The plans shown are the direction we intend to launch with. Credits, limits and prices may change. There is no checkout.
Model providers are not finalised. Creobot is designed for multi model routing so teams can route conversations by cost, quality and task type.
No. It is one embed script in your site footer. Webflow, WordPress, Framer and plain HTML all have a field for exactly this.
It says so and records the question as a content gap. That refusal is the feature. A confident wrong answer about your pricing costs more than an honest one.
Creobot works on its own. Later the questions it collects can feed Creogen, Creoglyph's partner led website operations product, which stays partner led and is not public self serve.
Creobot is preparing for launch. It answers from your website, captures the questions that keep coming back, and turns them into something you can act on. There is no public signup yet and the pricing above is directional, not final.
Creobot shows the signal and the suggested change; your team ships it. With Creogen, the Creoglyph partner led website operations product, the same signals can become governed website updates.
