Quality policy

What we hold ourselves to on product accuracy, source grounding, review and issue handling — and the certification we do not claim.

In short. Answers come from your sources. Citations are opened and checked, not just shown. Issues get an answer inside a working day. This is a statement of practice, not a certification, and has not been audited by anyone outside Creoglyph.
Effective 31 August 2026. Creoglyph Technologies Private Limited.

Commitment

What we commit to

Answers come from your sources, not from the model's general knowledge

An assistant on your site exists to answer from your content. Where a question falls outside it, the correct behaviour is a clean decline, not a plausible sentence.

Every claim we publish is one we can show

Numbers on this site come from the buyer's own inputs or from a measurement we ran. We do not publish a customer count, a deflection rate or a benchmark result we cannot reproduce.

We say what the product does not do

On the pages where it costs us something to say it: pricing, migration and trust.

Grounding

How answers are grounded

Sources are explicit

Creobot answers from pages and documents that were selected for it. It does not browse and it does not fill gaps from outside that set.

Citations are checked, not just shown

A source link under an answer is not a citation until the page is opened and the claim is found in it. In a benchmark we open every one; a citation that does not support its claim is recorded as a failure.

Refusal is a feature

"That is not something our site covers" is a correct answer and is measured as one.

Review

How we review and improve

Every page is checked in a browser before it ships

Not against a report. Where a report and a rendered page disagree, the page wins and the report is rewritten.

Gates measure, they do not detect

A check asserts the property being claimed, in the state the claim is about. The presence of a class name or a tag is not evidence that an effect works.

Findings are written down, including our own

The audit documents on this site list the times a report was wrong in both directions.

Issues

Issues and incidents

How to raise one

Email business@creoglyph.com or use the contact form. There is no ticket portal and no tier one queue.

What we do with it

Acknowledge within one working day, tell you what we found, and tell you when it is fixed. If we cannot fix it we say that instead of leaving it open.

Security issues

Send those to business@creoglyph.com with "security" in the subject. We will confirm receipt the same working day.

Feedback

Customer feedback

Pilot feedback shapes the roadmap

What early users tell us about answer quality and handoff is the main input to what gets built.

We publish the losses

A benchmark that only ever produces one answer is an advertisement. Where a competing assistant wins a row, the scorecard says so.

Limits

What this policy does not claim

This is a statement of how we work. It is not a certification, it has not been audited by anyone outside Creoglyph, and it should not be read as one. Creobot holds no ISO 9001 or equivalent quality certification and we do not claim one.

Questions about any of this?

A policy that cannot be questioned is not a policy. Ask and one of us answers, usually the same day.
