Chat Transcript Analyser
Every transcript is a record of what your site failed to answer, and almost nobody reads them. Paste a batch and this counts the refusals, groups the repeated questions, and finds where visitors asked for a human.

Detection is by wording, so it is approximate. The value is the ranked list of repeated topics, which is a content plan you can act on this week.
What the result means
A refusal is a page you have not written
Every honest “I do not have that” is a question your documentation does not answer. Ranked by frequency, those refusals are a content plan with the priorities already set.
Read the requests for a person
Someone asking for a human after two exchanges is telling you exactly where the content ran out. That moment is more useful than any satisfaction score.
A very low refusal rate is a warning
It usually means the assistant is answering things it should not. A healthy rate on a site with ordinary documentation is not zero.
Repeated wording matters more than volume
One question asked forty different ways is one page. Group by the words that recur, not by the raw count of conversations.
Questions
Anything readable. Lines beginning with User:, Visitor: or ending in a question mark are treated as visitor questions. Exports from most widgets work as-is.
No. Transcripts are parsed in your browser and never transmitted. That matters here more than on any other tool on this site.
A week's worth is usually enough to see the pattern. A hundred conversations will show you the same top three topics as a thousand.

Tell us the page your assistant lives on and the questions you care about. A person runs them and sends back the raw answers.
